Jed’s Jerky Refund Policy

At Jed’s Jerky, we take pride in crafting small-batch, premium jerky with bold flavor and the highest quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items, we can’t accept returns once an order has been opened or consumed. However, we always stand behind the quality of our jerky and want you to be satisfied.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@jedsjerky.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement as long as they have not yet shipped. After that, the order will be processed and shipped as normal.

Shipping Issues

Jed’s Jerky is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
